Stainless Steel ID Bracelets - a Trusted Resident ID Solution

To easily identify and alert long term care home staff to special case residents many care homes have opted to attach colored discs to ID bracelet tags. 

 

The 1/2" aluminum discs are available in a variety of colors and provide a means of elegantly signifying different resident conditions.

For example, "red" discs may signify that the resident has allergies, a "green" disc could be used for a diabetic, a gold disc may signify a "wanderer", and "purple" discs have been used for residents with aggressive behavior tendencies.

Discs can also be engraved with letters such as "D" for diabetic, "DNR" for do not resuscitate to further help highlight special conditions.
